How does your dress rental service work?

Our rental process is simple! Browse our collection, select your desired dress, choose your rental period, and book it. We’ll deliver the dress to you, and once you’re done, return it using the provided packaging.

Do I sign a contract?

Yes, I would need a copy of your ID, Proof of address with name on it, and the signed contract to be sent before the dress can be shipped or collected.

How long can I rent a dress for?

Our standard rental period is 3 days. If you need it for longer, you can extend your rental for an additional fee.

Do you offer try-ons before renting?

Yes! We offer try-ons at our showroom. Contact us to schedule an appointment.

How do I return the dress?

Returns are easy! Simply place the dress in the pre-labelled return package and drop it off at the designated location (or schedule a pickup if available).

What happens if I damage the dress?

Significant damage or loss may result in additional charges. We recommend adding an optional damage protection plan for peace of mind.

How do I clean the dress after wearing it?

No need to clean it! We handle professional dry cleaning after each rental.

Can I rent multiple dresses at once?

Absolutely! You can rent multiple dresses for different occasions. Discounts may be available for multiple rentals.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Pretoria. Stay tuned for updates on shipping.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full Refund:
If you cancel your rental at least 7 days before the start date, you will get a full refund of the rental fee.
Etc – If your rental starts on January 15, you must cancel by January 8 (or earlier) to receive the full refund.

Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date, you will not receive a full refund. Instead, a fee of ZAR 250 will be deducted.
Etc- if your rental starts on January 15 and you cancel on January 10 or later, ZAR 250 will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Do you carry dresses in all sizes?

Currently we only cater for sizes 4-6, xxs-s. Look out for new sizes on our websites soon.

Do you offer discounts for first-time customers?

Yes! We do.

Do you rent accessories like bags, shoes, or jeweler and suits for gentlemen?

At the moment, only dresses.

How do I pay for my rental?

We accept payments via credit/debit card.
